created by Easy Scramble in your google account, on your behalf, and others may be of your own
creation or a 3rd party creation to which you have been granted access for the purpose of inclusion
in tournament attendance rosters, our system requires full document access. Easy Scramble does not
read share nor store your google account information, our access to your account is strictly limited
to the content of the tournament attendance spreadsheets either created by our application and the
permission setting of same spreadsheet to grant access to other necessary vendors. We will never
access any document via your google account, which does not pertain to our business relation to you,
as your tournament management software, nor any document not explicitly granted by you.
Any document created by Easy Scramble in your google account for the purpose of facilitating
the gathering of attendants should be considered to have implicit access authorization. Any document
to which you provide us the google sheet ID, and tie together in our system, shall be considered
explicit grant of access for the aforementioned uses. We will not share your information with any
third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your requests,
e.g. to ship an order, inform your other authorized vendors (such as catering) of your needs
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials,
new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
